How do I place an order?

Simply add your items to the basket and proceed to checkout. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, we may not be able to amend or cancel it.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across the UK.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the UK.

What is Truffle Pop?

Truffle Pop is a chocolate truffle with a soft cake centre, created from our original cake recipes and designed for small bites and indulgent moments.

Do products look exactly like the photos?

Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we aim for consistency, colours, textures, and packaging may vary slightly in real life.

Do your products contain allergens?

Yes. Our products contain milk, soya, wheat, and eggs and may contain nuts.

Please check the ingredient list on the packaging before consuming.

Are your products suitable for dietary requirements?

At this time, our products are not suitable for vegans or those with gluten or dairy intolerances.

Storage

How should I store Truffle Pop?

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Enjoy at room temperature for the best flavour and texture.

Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
