All products are freshly prepared in small batches.
Due to the nature of handmade food products, slight variations in appearance may occur. These do not affect quality.

Images on our website and social media are for illustrative purposes.

3. Ordering

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian
All information provided is accurate and complete

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

All prices are listed in GBP (£)
Prices may change at any time without notice
Payment is required at checkout via our accepted payment methods

Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

5. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the customer.

6. Perishable Goods & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

Returns and refunds are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect
If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos where applicable

This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Allergens & Food Safety

Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens, including but not limited to:

Wheat (gluten)

Full allergen information is provided on product packaging.
Customers are responsible for checking ingredient information before consumption.

We cannot guarantee products are free from cross-contamination.

8. Storage & Consumption

Products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Please follow storage instructions on packaging.

We are not responsible for quality issues resulting from improper storage after delivery.

9. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once preparation has started, cancellations are not possible.

All content on this website, including images, text, branding, and logos, is the property of Truffle Pop and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truffle Pop shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential loss
Loss arising from misuse of products
Allergic reactions where allergens were clearly listed
